Powers and abilties

Neptune fights with comically large, two handed swords.
She will use her fists too.

She doesnt use much magic, but she does have some strange spells.
She can transform into a attack jet, and a motercycle that can travel through time. Yes, its as strange as it sounds.

She is primarily a pysical fighter. Because of this, she has incredible strength and durability. The ladder of which she far outclasses the other goddesses. She has seriously taken a beating over her lifetime.

Every time she fell from the sky, she barely got injured at all.
Shes been DUNKED in lava, and even the flames of hell could not burn her.



Goddess form:
She has two different goddess forms. after she grew into a full adult, it was upgraded into her absolute prime. When she transforms, her body is forced to her prime age, and her personality changes. She becomes ultra serious,  but sometimes her jokes will slip through the cracks. She acts so different that, its almost like she becomes a different person.

When in her Goddess form, she is about ten times stronger then she is in her base form.

Dragon ball specific abilties:

Instant transmission
Has the ability to teleport very long distances, but it takes a large amount of concintration.
