Cosmog's Evolution

The moon...
Gaurdian of the night and watcher of dreams. The queen of gravity and the puller of tides. It knew all secrets and never told a soul. Chocolate eyes focusing and locking ahead as the lively waves crashed to the shore. A soft silver feather tucked away behind her right ear. The breeze picked up just enough to whip shoulder length locks of dark honey around her face. She wasn't dressed up or anything. In fact, her attire was simple. Just a pair of green shorts and a white tank top that tied over her tummy. Her legs stretching outright as bare feet curled into the cool sand below. 

Taking a deep breath she inhaled the salty air around her. Her mind wandered and the palms of her hands did a good job at supporting her weight as she used them for balance while leaning back. Maybe she was just that tired, or perhaps her mind was just playing tricks on her, but for a moment she thought she saw the moon flicker.

 As if just for a second something bigger than life had touched it. At that moment she felt something in her heart ache. It felt like a longing of some kind and in that moment she wanted to touch the moon too. However, that wasn't the only thing she felt, even that simple little illusion was enough to bring back memories that she would rather not have. Memories of space and time colliding. Black holes that never had an end appearing and threatening to swallow up the planet itself. Ultra beast that were created and then used for the greedy desires of scientist gone mad. Her friends scared faces as they aided her in saving not just the day but the entire region. She missed them. Hau and Lillie especially. Gladion was probably back at the motel and she knew she was supposed to be here, but still. It didn't stop the young champion from missing her home.

She was about to sit herself all the way up and then get to her feet. She was about to decide on calling it a night when something happened. The moon began to disappear. A loud gasp leaving her parting lips as she watched the phenomina take place. Was this an eclipse? Was she dreaming or going insane? All questions answered themselves as a large bat like creature swooped down. It landed before her and spread it's large wings out.

She couldn't talk. All she could do was stare in awe as her body moved on it's own somehow. She started crawling towards it. It must have known that she was destined to meet it.  A bow of it's massive head as if it were reconizing her as it's trainer. One of those large wings moving around her and drawing her into it's form. She swallowed hard as it lifted it's head and let out a cry that could probably pierce through the ozone.

GASP!

She sat up wide eyed and clutching her chest. The cool night air from the half cracked open window in her motel room blowing against her front. She swallowed hard and tried to make sense of that dream. It didn't feel like just a dream to her and she immediately began to look around her room for her cosmog. It wasn't near her where it was supposed to be. She actually couldn't find it at all. Panic began to set in until she noticed A decent sized rock like creature sitting on the window pane. It was purple and gold and seemed to have itself cocooned up. It looked like a cross between some sort of metor and a purple and gold gem type thing. 

She got up as curiosity set in and walked over to it. Reaching out to touch it she felt that it was rather cold with just a bit of warmth in certain areas. It was glowing as if it were absorbing some sort of energy. Eyes raising to the full moon hanging in the sky outside, she noticed that it begun to get a bit duller.

"Cosmog?" She mumbled. Head tilting as she looked from the moon and then back at the creature perched upon her window pane. It didn't move or give any indication of knowing she spoke. It dawned on her and she rused over to her nap sack. Taking out her own customized pokedex. She scrolled through it until she found what she needed to know.
