Considered a tomboy from the time she was 3 years old, she is the most outgoing of the Akichi triplets. At times she can be overly aggressive and forceful and is all too often blunt and can be a bit of a slob. She is very competitive and a natural athlete. She is very unapologetic and will not hesitate to let others know what is on her mind. She lives by the mantra "take the bull by the horns". When she is on mission, she is extremely efficient and very detail oriented. She becomes a different person almost entirely.

Personal History:

Born third behind her twin siblings, Akito and Hikari, she and her sister were taken to live with her father and stepmother after her father and biological mother had a falling out. Seen as aggressive and a trouble-maker from an early age, especially when compared to Hikari, she was labeled as a problem child by many of her teachers and caused her parents many a sleepless night when she was younger. To teach her discipline, Akari was shipped off to live with her aunt Minako Akichi, a seasoned and very diligent military commander who had served as a general in various wars and incursions around the world after the Great War 20 years prior to her birth.

It was with her aunt that she learned true discipline, military tactics, the value of teamwork, and marksmanship. During this time, she and her cousin, Alexia, became close, and after graduating from their military academy, they set up a merc business based in France. The two were key in ensuring the Akichi clan's stranglehold on the criminal underworld the world over and were key in setting the foundation for the World Peace Organization (WPO) their fathers and grandfather were trying to establish. Despite this, neither of them were capable of defeating the demons within their own minds.

Around the time of her "20"th birthday, the evil demon spawn within her took control of her body and caused a large scale massacre at a WPO banquet being held in Mizukaze City that not only left the guests and every member of the Akichi clan dead, but Mizukaze Castle and the surrounding city burning and in disarray.

156 years later, with the help of Akito and the members of the Sugita royal family, Akari was brought back to life, after which she picked her role as a mercanary back up and has remained an equal partner of Smoking Bullet. Inc. since. In doing so, she also took on a similar role as her aunt Minako as she began training her nieces Haruna, Kayin, and Subira.
