Despite being born in hell and being the daughter of the Devil himself, Charlie is shown to be anything but what a normal Hellborn Demon would act. In fact, all things considered, Charlie acts as what any angel would be in heaven and is shown that despite everyone being a jerk she is shown to deeply care about the only home she's ever known.
Charlie cares about her friends and her people. She is naive and theatrical while brimming with passion. Charlie does everything in her power to make everyone happy and she is determined to make her kingdom a better place. However, she can be stubborn when something doesn't go her way. She has a cheerful and sweet personality while being somewhat naive.
