•Birthed minutes after her twin brother, the powers that he was to possess were transferred to her unexpectedly. Just like her birth. There was never a sign that their mother would be having two kids instead of one. This caused a string of disturbances within their home for she was deemed a bad omen.
•Gifted the name Rue, which meant ‘regret’, her family treated her like an outsider but praised everything her brother, Adhiraj, did. One would think she'd grow to hate him but that was never the case, she loved him more than anything else. Rumor has it, she clung to him the entire time in the womb which is why her presence was never known.
•Unfortunately, no matter how much she loved him, their paths were very different. His was built around regaining his powers back from her and becoming the King he was meant to be. Hers was tainted with thoughts to destroy anyone and anything that came across her path, but only when those powers built up to the point of her losing control.
•Though, these episodes are tamed only by her brother with sessions that allow the lightning to transfer back to its rightful owner. Only then does she become more docile and clingy, willing to help her brother gain more followers, build his faith, and become a true King.
•Rue, in most cases, can be found causing petty crimes and making trouble for others until her powers become uncontrollable. Then it's probably best to move out of her way, else you'll end up in the hospital on the verge of death or have the misfortune of becoming one of her playthings.

• Rue was made specifically for a friend of mine. I'm just around to bug him out of love.
• Rue talks a lot of shit and throws lightning around as a means of solving any and all problems. She picks with everyone and can be pretty damn annoying. Just a fair warning.
• Rue would classify as a villain. But there are instances when she'll help her brother and stay on the more 'goody two shoes' side.
• Rue is not a killer. She's fully in control of herself until her powers build up to the point of taking over. Only then could a killing possibly happen. So far, it hasn't. Thanks to her twin.
• Rue adores animals. The fluffier, the better. Her static scares them off though. Unfortunately, they don't mix well, static and fur. The animals get frustrated when their fur is all out of place from her electric.
• Rue has very little to no sense of direction. She can get lost very easily and usually finds herself in unknown places. Push comes to shove, she'll hurl around lightning until someone (usually her brother) finally finds her.
• This character was not built for combat. I like to use her for comedy, slice of life, adventures and adult themed roleplays. Or whatever else that's fun or interesting. Don't like? Don't add nor accept.
Danger Levels:
• Clingy and needy. This level is only reached when she's drained of all her powers. So far, her brother is the only one capable of taking them from her.

•Almost zero control over herself and is quite possibly the only time she'd be willing to kill. Mostly anything that happens while she's like this isn't remembered by her after the powers are drained. Trying to remember only causes her pain though it is possible. But it also has a small probability of bringing her right back to this level of danger.
