A young college student living within the city of Fuyuki. Working as a cook in a ramen shop near his apartment complex. Living an ordinary life. That was until his grandfather passed away. Leaving his grandson a box of his belongings. Among them was a letter. Its contents containing a date with a few instructions on what to do the night of that day. Not wanting to disgrace his grandfather. He followed the instructions as detailed. Creating a circle of blood, laying gems around the enter, lastly placing a strange item on a make shift alter. The final step was to rehearse a chant. And with a hand outstretched, a flash of light blinded him! Changing his life forever!
