Ashley "Ash" Connor Half American. Half Japanese. 23 years old. Rookie Yakuza / Mafia boy in training. Enjoys chewing gum and a cold soda every now and then. May be a bit too kind hearted for his line of work.

A tilt of the icy haired male's head showed his intrigue -Â a display of emotion that touches his face when his eyebrows nudge together just as he takes the card between his fingers with his dominant hand. A flip of the placard, the light gleaming off the glossy surface. "Ash," Haneul repeats, cutting a sideways glance toward him now with a smile. "A pleasure to meet you. I'm Haneul."
Hello Ash, My name is Sakura. You're in the mafia? Would you like to discuss a SL? Sakura is from the vampire knight verse but I can play with her to hopefully fit her into yours as well! I hope to hear back.
OOC: Greetings and thank you for the introduction Ash. I wasn't sure whether to respond to your message in the form of rp or if you wished to discuss a full one out to get started.
"I can tell." He repeated. The Detective couldn't help it. Naturally, he wasn't the most friendly guy, especially when forced to take on a partner. With his badge on the line, he reluctantly conceded. All it felt like was that some green-bean was babysitting him. It was f***ed up, at least he thought so. His icy hues stared at the other as they collected themselves, taking a breath before adequately introducing himself. Was Ashley going to shadow him for the day? Why was he the one that had to put up with this? The faintest complaint and then they'd hold his badge just out of reach, he silently reprimanded himself.
Just make it through the damn day wit' this kid...
"...We're headin' to a scene. So... follow me." He beckoned and continued through the hall, descending the stairs to the busy main lobby area. He felt like all eyes were on him, that he had to have someone at his side even to look into a scene. It was embarrassing! Parked haphazardly at the front of the precinct was his car.
The 1994 Ford Mustang stood out like a sore thumb, with rusted doors that he had to slam twice for them to shut and paint chipping along the frayed edges where the tire scraped metal. A reliable old car was his Ol' Betsy. Dean walked to the driver's side, unlocked it, leaning across the vehicle's top to eye Ashley.
"Get in."
He got inside, and the car wobbled at the added weight. Dean had to lean across the console to open the door so Ashley could join him.Â
Sebastian looked at him curiously upon his first initial request. "Cold tea? Very well. If that is what you want." Americans typically had odd preferences, but who was he to judge? The second request was answered with a nod and bow.
"Of course. I will return shortly."
Pivoting on his polished heels, he walked briskly to the kitchen, immediately preparing the cold beverage and a plate of small, delectable cream puffs. When he finished, he carried the items out on a tray for Ashley and set it down gently in front of him where he sat.
"Enjoy, Mr. Connors~ Shall I go fetch the young master now?"
A slow eye roll as he brought a lukewarm coffee cup to his lips. Just great. Not what he wanted or needed, but with his badge on the line--he'd suck it up. For now. Hopefully, his off-putting demeanor would be enough to get the silver-haired mess approaching him.Â
"...Ya definitely give off newbie, kid." He said with a glance down at the black card. In a bold red script, it had his name and phone number. His card was quite plain in comparison, he scoffed.
"Detective Dean Walker, but I bet you knew that already since you suddenly taggin'' long wit' me."
Graying brown hair was giving bed-head slightly, dark circles under his eyes and a bit of stubble on his chin as his calloused fingers massaged his temples--he was already feeling a migraine coming on.
"I imagine so. That is quite the lengthy endeavor. You must have been eager to stretch your legs. Anyway, please do come in," he said with a half-bow and outwards gesture with his gloved hand, waiting for the overseas guest to enter the manor prior to closing the doors and leading him to a comfortable and luxurious seating area.
"What can I get for you? Coffee? Tea? A more... adult rated beverage, if that is your preference? Something to eat? No request is beyond my range of capability, so do not be shy, Mr. Connors~"
" That's sweet of you to say. " The cherry blossom giggles, in a snap of her fingers the card he had given her disappears within these glowing pink sakura blossoms. " Oh, you'll be fine with me. Just don't question anything you see and try to keep blood off your shoes. I hate blood being on shoes. Especially the super expensive ones. Like these. " She points down to the pink heels she's wearing, they don't look that special but that's ten thousand dollars right there.Â
I hope ya can accomplish that, but... remember that you're still your own person, ya know?Â
[ He reached over and gave him a pat on the shoulder. ]
Now you're makin' it sound like a date! [ Jun snickered, but his smile was warm. ] As long as we're not goin' in the ocean, I don't mind havin' a meal next to it. Though, I'd feel bad, troublin' your mom with that.
