Minami Sei is an original character who specializes in the control of his technique, "Beat The Clock," the primary function of his technique is to "shatter," his timeline which essentially pauses him and all items he would have interacted with during a set duration in the times he would have interacted with them and renders the butterfly effects of his and those object's movements non-existant, this can lead to events not occuring in ways they should have which causes a temporal void he can store to be released, the downside to this though, is that while storing a temporal void, at times the world around him will enter a "narrative temporal break," in which all events that could ever occur in a set timeframe and space to suddenly occur in a single dense moment, for this reason, he is incredibly passive in the real world unless absolutely necessary not to be, for fear of being outside of fate even by half a second and causing a narrative temporal break. Hurting him and those around him... as when someone's alternate self appears in this break, all events will effect them, even death. All instances of one thing are connected when put in the same spot, time does not like this man. And he does not like time.
Whilst Minami and his affected objects are "shattered," he is frozen in time which simply means nothing can affect him any longer and any contact with a frozen object or him will result in being flung away due to the material difference in frozen objects. The matter cannot move so it is unstable when normal matter contacts it, which is often why when a shatter occurs a loud sound will resound due to the first contacts of wind and gases with minami's frozen body and from there a strange humming due to other material interactions.
Now, thanks for reading all of that, you may be wondering what the temporal void he can store even does. Now this can be attributed to many output's he has developed, but let's just leave it at this, since energy or even the absence of cannot fully be created nor destroyed, when one thing is affected by time differently, another must as well. All inputs have outputs.
