A Canis Therian Transient and active member of the Akihabara Creators who's absolutely obsessed with shipping—as in, the matchmaking of others around her, irrespective of species, sex, size, or appearance, just to observe with great interest what sparks may fly when certain pairings are actualized. Day and night, her mind is constantly nourished by the neverending possibilities that exist all around her to create never-before-seen couplings. On top of this, Hecate is a witch, and is also extremely well-versed in pharmacology, and she combines all of these disparate interests into a very prolific writing hobby that results in frequent indie publications of rather massive scope. She once bore the nickname ""Hellhound"" back in her home world, and has now proudly adapted this into the pen name she uses for her indie works here in Tokyo: H. L. Hound. Her writing tends not to fall into any specific genre, but rather pioneers new genres altogether, and this has earned her a very enthusiastic fanbase who always eagerly await her next work. Sadly, her Role dictates that she can never have a spouse, and she firmly believes that Role to be ironclad and eternal, causing her to react with visceral negativity whenever the possibility of finding her own true love is raised. She was born into a highly reputable family of auteurs back in her home world who had numerous servants in their employ, including fellow Tokyo Transient Barguest. Her Rule, which allows her to junction multiple worlds, was actually considered to be a bit borderline at the time of her transfer to Tokyo, and almost prevented her from being allowed in. Recently, she's found herself particularly keen on virtual livestreamers, and has also found common ground and forged very solid friendships with a large number of her guildmates."
