Lucile Sinclair, though young for her age has made a meteoric rise through the ranks following the Klingon-Federation War of 2401 when her strike fleet was ambushed near Federation/Klingon Border. With quick thinking, she was able to rally their broken numbers into a semi-successful escape into Federation space, while saving the crews of two downed ships before being forced to retreat in order to save her own.
At a first glance, Lucile seems like a typical 22 year old. She's often seen as outgoing and friendly, while taking her responsibilities in Starfleet quite seriously. And with that, she is usually more than willing to lend a hand to those in need, be it in first contact situations, distress calls, or typical issues crews of a Starfleet
However, her sudden rise in the ranks is often seen as curious to many of her peers. While Starfleet usually promotes Admirals to those much more older and more seasoned officers, Lucile often is seen as an anomaly. Though few question it openly, while some even challenge it. However whenever prompted with such an inquiry, Lucile will simply state that ino is simply on a need to know basis, and if pushed enough, or if questioned by those of a substantial rank, she will simply state that while she is here to help, her true explanation is under protection regarding the Temporal Prime Directive.
Unofficially, and unknown to most, Lucile was displaced through time from some undisclosed era and eventually found, adrift on an aged Starfleet vessel. She was rescued, and contacted by a mysterious group of dark-suited humans, whom claimed they represented Earth. With their help, and some pull from some rather high ranking officials, Sinclair was situated onboard a training ship to help get a grasp of her era. And in short, would work to become a Temporal Agent. However, shortly before her mission concluded the aforementioned attack began, thus spearheading her ascension into Admiralty, if only to protect her from the prying eyes of higher ranking officers. Still, she is competent in her role on most occasions, while still having some difficulty adapting to both her newly assigned era and the stresses of command. To combat her issues, she is often seen on her off-duty hours in a station or ship's lounge, seeking a strong drink and a peaceful, quiet evening~ however those come rare, especially in the following year of 2401 and beyond.
The Klingon-Federation War would come to an end soon as news of a new, unexpected arrival appeared near the Beta Quadrant. News of a massive space station, the size of a Solar System had been discovered, known to the Federation as a Dyson Sphere. Similiar to the one discovered by Picard decades prior, this one now dubbed the Solonae Dyson Sphere, soon garnered the attention of all the major powers in the Beta and neighboring Quadrants. And rather than risk a new major galactic war, the once warring factions soon agreed to a ceasefire to figure out what to do with such an opportunity. In the following months, Lucile would soon be shipped to this station with the help of her saviors, in order to oversee various operations. Especially as a Saurian race from the Delta Quadrant known as the Voth, began to lay claim and siege to the massive structure; resulting in a new war.
