Name is Xavier. He was born to Max and Mary in Miami Florida. He was a prodigy. It was found out he was a genius at the age of five. He loved science and was always intrigue with making life better. Still with his level of intelligence he still found time to play with others. That wasn't what most kids his level does. He made friends everywhere he went. At the age of eleven he graduated high school and by age of fifteen he graduated college. After many grants and such he build a lab. It was to study diseases and conditions that are debilitating. At first it was going well. Then the military came around. They wanted super soldiers. They had a list of things they wanted the soldiers to have. It wasn't what he was comfortable with but when the government come you must do what they want. After a while the project was going well. Until he miscalculated one equation. It caused the men and women he was testing on to degenerate at a fast rate. By the time he figured out the problem the government shut him down. He was then blacklisted, and he couldn't find any type of work.
He became a freelance doctor in back water countries.
He wasn't living the life he had hoped. He stayed away from his friends and family to not get them involved until his mess. Years have passed and he was sitting in a small tent in the middle of jungle. He was helping hikers stay healthy from the diseases that the jungle can give them. A man walked in. A tall man with long flowing hair. His eyes piercing through Xavier. The man's name is Ryujin. He offered him a job. Something that could make use of his talents. Xavier would accept the offer. He was flown to New York city on a private jet that Ryujin provided him. The lab was state of the art. It had technology and things he never seen before. First, he was back at studying and helping make medicines to fight diseases. This was making him and the company lots of money. Then he was given plans for some out of this world plans. This was a challenge for Xavier. He manages to accomplish the things Ryujin wanted.
Xavier was a bit greedy and asked if he could do some work on the side. If was to fund them himself. Ryujin gave him the okay. He kept the plans the military wanted him to work on. When he had free time, he would work on the "Enhanced Human Plan" to fund this on his own. He would sell lesser version of super solider serum to anyone that could pay. Failing to tell them of the side effects. Having Ryujin protection, it was easy for him to do what he was doing and hide. He used himself to do these modification. Slowly it was working. He gain the power of electricity. It worked he had actually created a way to make humans enhanced. It also gave him enhanced agility, speed, a slight boost to his strength and now with power of electricity he has a type of x ray vision. He could see the path within anything.
This was good but the past has a funny way of coming back. All those drugs he was selling. The people that bought them wanted to find Xavier. As stated, Ryujin's name and status kept him safe. Still hearing of what he was doing Ryujin gave up Xavier location. He didn't do it with malice it was the principal. He gave Xavier the heads up. Xavier was mad and he prepared himself. Another side project he was doing. An exosuit was built to increase his abilities. He slips into the suit and when the men and their armies came. They were wiped out within minutes. He left the lab and disappeared into the night. He started his evil ways. Robbing and he even created his own group The"BDC"(The Beat Down Clan) This group did whatever and no one could stop them.
He was so sure of himself by now that he did the one thing he would regret. He actually went after Ryujin. He knew Ryujin wasn't a normal person, but he just thought he was just some rich dude. He attacked his base of power. Turned out this what would be Xavier mistake. Even with his enhanced talents and suit. Ryujin power was unknown. Even though Xavier didn't fall in the fight. It was obvious though he didn't have a chance against Ryujin. When it was seen he couldn't win. He gave up. Ryujin just turned and disappeared. With nothing left and with a total defeat. He gave himself up. With a international warrant for his arrest. He turned himself in. He was then arrested and thrown in the ARCH.
Now Xavier is out and he don't know if he wants revenge or to just live his life.
