Hime Arikawa (有川 ひめ, Arikawa Hime) is a second year student at Shimoshina High School who is forced to dress up as a girl to pay off his creditors after the Student Council save him from the Yakuza Debt Collectors.

Hime is a young man with bright pink hair and bright blue eyes. At school, he is seen with longer hair, using extensions, with red ribbons tied together as pigtails. He wears a schoolgirl's uniform with a red Student Council armband.

Personality
In short, Hime has difficulties with his life and keeping up with the Student Council, as he is easily embarrassed. He is constantly picked on and sexually harassed by them and his classmates for cross-dressing. He is quite weak when taken advantage of, as opposed to the rest of the Student Council.
Despite his treatment as their "dog," Hime tries his best to work with them and has a normal personality besides that, contrasting with everybody else, who has more noticeable traits. He protests loudly against the way he is being treated but is barely heard and still forced to do things he doesn't want to do, like wear clothes for pictures or cheer for games.
