What the fuck is he: REDACTED is the personification of a glitch aka the worlds glitch he can be rather crazy and unpredictable as he entertains himself in various ways. Example he killed himself one time to become a ghost just to haunt a king and whisper to him "Would you like to see a donkey show?". He drove the king insane in just a few days before his respawn countdown ended. Lastly there isn't much in history to put as he finds it more entertaining to remain a mystery instead of trying to explain all the boring things, that and oh look a penis. He has recently learned that he is great at taming raptors....Who knew.
Abilities (To better understand some of what he can do.)
Status screen: Glitch uses this often as it reveals many things to him about people from simple things like Name, race and body measurements to lists kinks a person has even the one's they didn't know they had or keeps secret.
Rubberband: Like in a game it can make a person or object get thrown back into a place they once was.
Lag: Time slows around a area Glitch defines.
Alt+F4: This will put any living being to asleep.
Missing textures: This removes things from existence for example it can be used to make someone's weapon, armor and even clothes disappear.
Console command: This is simple things with the most used being toggle ghost where he goes invisible.
Player.placeatme: a command he can use to teleport anyone and anything so him.
Mods: These are various things he can force onto a world to change it's realty
Example a nude mod causes a designated person to suddenly become naked but the world around them acts like there's nothing wrong like they were still fully clothed.
Clone mod: Glitch is able to create clones and possibly alter the gender if he feels like it. (testing this one out.)
Wiggle mod: Can summon and control tentacles of various types.
House mod: Creates a pocket dimension where only a house of his making exists.

Character Rules.
1: Glitch can't impregnate anyone or anything. If wanted in a rp he may find a way to put some kind of thing in the baby maker but it won't have any link to him.
2: Glitch can't die but he does have rules with one being if you make him respawn he considers any fight your win.
3: Glitch can alter reality but I will only go as far as you will let me.
4: Glitch doesn't really take things serious but that doesn't mean he can't find something to make him serious.
5: I'll put more when more comes to mind.
