Shinhwa is a part-time waiter at a local Cat-themed Café. He is widely recognized by the regular customers for his amiable disposition and soft-spokenness. Despite his natural introversion, he is a natural in the work environment and fulfills his responsibilities to the best of his abilities, creating a stark contrast to his personal life. When he is outside of work and in social situations where casual conversation is a requirement, Shinhwa often struggles with approaching new people and being approached.
