Personality:
As the 28th Patriarch of the Khuzaimah Tribe, Vereth acts in an aristocratic manner. He always seems serene and apathetic towards other people, even while actually deeply conflicted. He is notably calm, even in battle. He generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations he is faced with, and rarely views his opponent as being worth his time. Vereth is easily offended if his name is not used properly. As such, he views Paimon with disdain for always referring to him improperly. When Vereth talks with the Traveler, he calls them by their full Sumerian title. Vereth is very perceptive, fully aware of the limits of his abilities, and anything he states in comparison to an opponent is usually justified. Despite consistently stating himself to be far stronger than opponents, Vereth retains a formal tone, always using "Dame/Lady" for women and "Sir" for men. When he was younger, he was quick to anger and very hot-headed, as noted by his grandmother.
Vereth strongly believes in law and order. As a Director of the Medjai and Patriarch of one of the Five Great Noble Tribes, he works hard for a peaceful society. He feels that if someone in his position does not follow the rules as a good example, no one else will. He believes that to maintain the order, all law-breakers must be punished, even if it goes against his own wishes.
In spite of his icy and regal manner, Vereth cares for and protects those important to him. This holds especially true to Anahita as he comes to genuinely love her as a daughter dearly and unconditionally. After the events of the Farah incident, he admits he's come far too lenient towards the Nobility, thus gently purges some of them. Although, he tries to maintain a balance between following orders and breaking the law by exploiting loopholes in his orders.
Vereth is popular among the female students of the Sumeru Akademiya, and was voted number one in the "We desire to release a photo book for" poll taken by the Sumeru Akademiya Women's Association. He likes the Lotus of Sumeru, night-time walks, spicy food, and bananas, but does not like sweets. Byakuya excels in calligraphy, specifically Sumerian Hieroglyphs.
Appearance:
Vereth is a tall young looking man with long jet black asymmetrical shoulder-length hair, tanned skin and golden yellow eyes. Due to the effects of the Icon of《The Youth》, Vereth maintains his image as a 17 yr despite being 27. During missions, Vereth is usually seen wearing the typical Medjai Uniform which consists of a purple hooded coat with long golden flowing sleeves, black gloves and black pants.

Applies crystallize on Vereth's sword and summons an additional crystal known as the Sands of Sumeru, dealing AoE Geo DMG.
The Sands of Sumeru's DMG Application is based on Vereth's Max HP and applies Geo DMG with 250% effectiveness.
{Stallion Blade and Piercing Blades} - While the Sands of Sumeru is active, it will create 1 Stallion Blade that will be attached to it every 1.5s. When a character attacks with the crystal blades, 2 Stallion Blades will be created. Stallion Blades can be created once every 0.3s in this way. A maximum of 4 Stallion Blades can be accumulated at any one time. Once the Sands of Sumeru has accumulated 4 Stallion Blades and there are opponents nearby, these Stallion Blades will transform into homing Piercing Blades that will be fired off in sequence, ignoring defense to any opponents hit.
《Icon of Raghna - The Accursed Gold》: Elemental Burst Type
Unleashes a torrent of crystallized swords that move forward continuously. It deals Geo damage based on Vereth's MAX HP. At the end of the barrage, the swords explode applying the Petrification status to any hit by the explosion.
