Kaeya is outwardly confident, charming, and dramatic. Not to mention flirtatious. A lot of his peers see him as laid-back and lazy, but Kaeya is pretty responsible when it comes to his work. He is a popular guy, decently liked for more than a few reasons. Some he would care to keep himself. He's gained respect and favor all about Mondstadt, but he can defiantly be a pain in the ass to those same people. He also takes quite a bit of pleasure in stressing others out, allies and enemies alike. It's interesting to gauge reactions that way. Kaeya lies quite a bit, though he would love to think of them as white lies to get others to do his work. But this is also mostly out of the actual need for some help. He'll use any method in the book to complete tasks given to the Nights of Favonius. That is save for threatening other people's families. Those types of people are better off dead somewhere in a ditch.
Kaeya struggles with loneliness, though he would never admit it out loud. He loves it when others talk to him or really even give him the time of day. It's one of the main sources of him being a bit promiscuous. But let's face it, he can also sweet talk information out of the riffraff this way too.

Things are never as they seem Head Cannon
*** Kaeya is a bit shorter than his normal cannon, being five foot seven, rather than over six feet. His thin but has good musculature, with a body more fit for a fencer.
*** His diet consists of about 85% wine these days, only actually eating one full meal a day. It's not because he hates food or anything. He just plum forgets.
*** His favorite flower is the glaze lily.
*** Kaeya always wears gloves and hardly ever takes them off. This is due to two frost burst scars, one in the middle of each palm. He is very self-conscious of these.
*** Really fears ending up dying alone, and he is positive this will eventually be his fate.
*** Kaeya's right eye can hardly see, and he cannot see color with it.
*** This Kaeya has admittedly a small "endowment". He is self-conscious.

Kaeya is a lean, tan young man with a fencer's build. He has navy blue hair that is streaked in lighter blue shades, pulled back into a long ponytail that falls over his left shoulder and down to his waist. He wears a plain black eye patch over his right eye, which is gold in color. The uncovered eye is a soft periwinkle and has a diamond-shaped pupil. His attire is a white collared blouse that is open to reveal his chest, a cape with a fluff fur collar, and dark form-fitting pants with knee-high boots. A loose brown belt hangs from his waist as well as a yellow rope. he has a single earring in his left ear cut in a diamond shape. And he also always wears fingerless black gloves.

About Cryo Kaeya's Vision
Think of Cryo as an Ice magic, those of you that have not played Genshin. Its not exactly what it is, but for non Genshin based roleplys, this will be used to explain Kaeya's abilities.
Ceremonial Bladework / Normal Attack / Perform up to 5 rapid strikes. / Charged Attack /Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes. / Plunging Attack/ Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Frostgnaw Elemental Skill
Unleashes a frigid blast, dealing Cryo DMG to opponents in front of Kaeya.
Glacial Waltz Elemental Burst
Coalescing the frost in the air, Kaeya summons 3 icicles that revolve around him.
These icicles will follow the character around and deal Cryo DMG to opponents in their path for the ability's duration.
Cold-Blooded Strike 1st Ascension Passive
Every hit with Frostgnaw regenerates HP for Kaeya equal to 15% of his ATK.
Glacial Heart 4th Ascension Passive
Opponents Frozen by Frostgnaw will drop additional Elemental Particles.
Frostgnaw may only produce a maximum of 2 additional Elemental Particles per use.
Hidden Strength Utility Passive
Decreases sprinting Stamina consumption for your own party members by 20%.
Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.

I exclusively Role play in third person. Please do not ask me to do 1st person. I will absolutely not do it.
Post lengths may vary, though I prefer to do at least a paragraph or more. Admittedly I can get carried away if I am really into a scene.
I play Kaeya as mostly sub, and gay. We can discuss this of course but unless we have actually talked it over, it is how he will be played by default.
