biography
Sarcastic and sharp, Taliana is personable and charismatic with every living being. Mostly. Regardless of status or age, country of origin or experiences of life, she can always find a way to get along with people -- drinking, dining, and the actions of the night. Who doesn't love one of those three things?
Her existence flows with an unnamable charm, the kind that makes others want to stay on her good side for promise of good drink and high spirits. However she also holds a number of enemies who despise her. The ones who have seen the other side of her. Not as a friendly companion, but as a cold-blooded killer drenched in blood.
Known internationally, though not by name, Taliana remains a complete mystery and tells lies upon lies to keep people at bay. At the end of the day, when she approaches someone they never know if it is for friendly binges, or because she is coming to collect their bounty. Her sly smile is too impossible to read.
Her ways are twisted and dark and she finds herself moving quickly from place to place when she gets bored and wants something new, leaving her relationships behind just as quickly when a new muse comes her way. Promiscuous in love, she currently possesses several lovers across all the kingdoms; three of the race of men, two elves, a tiefling, an orc, a dwarf, and even some pieces of royalty from the highest of the food chain. Her charms have carried her directly to the top with riches and land, and she never struggles to find company or live in the luxury of jewels and gold. Even still, she frequently finds herself living out on the road and actively choosing the life of danger, striking fear into the hearts of the ones who know her name, for they do not know whose head she will be claiming next.

Her whole body runs warm and she will occasionally let a flair of shock travel from her hands to keep her company on their toes. When angered or upset, sparks fly around her face and hands, only deadly to those around her if she intends them to be. Also skilled in archery, she can utilize her sparks into the metal tips of her arrows for maximum effect when taking out targets.

β¦Fortune Tellingβ¦ Picking up the art of witchcraft at the tender age of four, Taliana began to master the art of brewing potions and seeing into the future. Molding her gifts for years on end, she has become rather well known for her divine abilities but she only reads fortunes for very serious requests. If someone is looking for 'proof' or just 'wants to have fun' she will deny them outright and inform them they are not worth her time. But if a serious case approaches, she embraces it whole heartedly and advises as best she can. She has told the fortunes of kings and queens, holding a high favor in their courts for her accuracy while maintaining a distrust from the public for being a witch.
β¦Dragon Scaleβ¦ As part dragonborn, Taliana possesses a lot of the perks that come with it while maintaining an outwardly elven appearance. When threatened or entering a battle, Taliana's skin can be transformed into ripples of golden scales that covers her entire body and protect her from physical and melee damage. Though, providing the dragonscale takes an enormous amount of energy, so she only uses it when absolutely necessary.
β¦Languagesβ¦ She can speak, read, and write Common, Elven and Draconic. Elven is airy and light, consisting of rounded vowels and light tones. Draconic is thought to be one of the oldest languages and is often used in the study of magic. The language sounds harsh to most other creatures and includes numerous hard consonants and sibilants.
βWeaknesses Earth and Fire. The use of the Earthian element extinguishes her ability to use her sparks. Acting as a conductor, it absorbs her element and limits her range of motion with electrical attacks.
As an electrical elemental, Taliana has found that keeping herself colder makes her sparks more powerful. Fire elements counter this effect. High temperatures make her weaker and off-set her physical balance, losing her focus so she can't move with the accuracy she is used to.
