Lord Jiin was a cunning, ambitious, and ruthless ruler of a technologically advanced Emire. As a child, he was given to the Emperor by an advanced civilization as a way to increase their influence over them. The Emperor would gladly take him in as his own son and raise him. But, what those of the Advanced civilization did was underestimate his bold, ambitious goals. In the following years to come he would rase to be its top General, and later on crown himself as the new Emperor.
He was backed by his former people's advanced weaponry and nearly limitless armies, which he used to conquer most of the ground below. Entire armies would fall to his regime in weeks. Resistance cells would pop up, only to be quickly annihilated. To him, anyone bold enough to stand against his rule to the throne was subject to execution without mercy.
A man with no compassion, or moral code towards anyone under him. General Jiin would constantly view even his most trusted confidants as mere tools to be used and tossed aside in his grander scheme for conquest, and as he viewed it his ascension into "Godhood" While his armies brutally dominated the known contient, Lord Jiin would secretly devise the ultimate biological creature to which he would personally control. With it, he would wipe out entire cities and towns simply for existance- a demonstration of his new power in hopes that fear an oppression would keep the others in line. While his strategy worked on the battlefield, it also had a reverse effect. As he grew more and more bold, an anti-suppression army was formed, and soon would declare open warfare on his Empire. The battles were tense and close, however in the end, Jiin's overconfidence in his weapons and armies, would ironically be his downfall.
