Thingol (skyrim)

Thingol is a high elf, currently residing in the land of Skyrim.  He was born into a typical family for his race, who held traditionalist views when it came to world's other races.  as he grew older Thingol slowly began to disagree with these views, and he verbally clashed with his father on several occasions.  the last straw came when he fell in love with a Nordic female named Brenda, and married her over his father's protests.  He was prepared to leave his homeland to start a new life, but fate had other plans.  Thingol awoke the morning after the wedding to find Brenda gone, a note on her side of the bed.  She said she didn't want their love to cost him his family and had gone to speak with his father.  Thingol rushed to his ancestral home, but by the time he arrived his father had already murdered Brenda.  In his grief Thingol attacked his father, breaking his right leg with his mace; only the intervention of his uncles and siblings stopped him from committing patricide.  Thingol left then, wandering the wold until he was taken prisoner on the borders of skyrim...
