Biography
Born in the streets, Jeffrey has always been nomadic- working and for his enjoyment. There was nothing he didn't have- dirt, water- he got it out of the MUD working hard to be the man he is today. Scars litter Jeff's body from countless fights he's engaged in throughout his life- building his strength. As of now, he creates & modifies weapons for killing- allowing people to come to him should they want to put a 'hit' on someone. As long as it's fun- as long as he GAINS something from it, he'll do it. Out of the big three in his world- besides his Blood Brother and Kira- he is the third strongest of the three. NOTES
With a stubborn will to live as strong as Jeff's-- it appears to have manifested into a frightening ace he has in his toolbox. A strange healing factor that will act as him pushing his very heart to beat once more- cheating death as long as his heart remains intact. Many call him the Revenant as he is a man who's mysteriously come back from the dead more than once.
Inhuman Feats: Being the third strongest among his two friends Kira and Niukii, Jeffrey is unnaturally strong, with an additive of superhuman speed to this deathly cocktail. He is GENUINELY comparable to Niukii physically. Fuck around and find out.
Extreme Durability/Walking Tank: Jeffrey can tank most hits from the strongest of beings- and although he can still get hurt it's certainly hard to knock this guy on his ass. He'll keep getting up and keep fighting until he can't anymore.
Inhuman Healing: When it comes to losing limbs his body has evolved to have a hyper-healing ability that allows him to grow limbs back, even his head. Think of Deadpool- but faster.
Muscle Memory/Weapons Mastery: As a weapon-smith Jeffrey doesn't know just the craft itself well- he's also quite skillful with any weapon he can get a hold of. Swords? Mastered. Guns? Mastered. Anything new? He'll learn it quickly. This man can turn ANYTHING into a weapon, John Wick style- can kill someone with a pencil. If he has nothing? Straight-up hands.
Weaknesses: Jeffrey's ONLY weakness is his mortality. If you destroy his heart and brain at the same time- you win. But pray, for this man will not stay dead. He'll find a way to claw his way back from the afterlife to make things even.
