Kimari (決まり) is a Cursed Womb: Death Painting unrelated to Kenjaku, but is the true "Queen of Curses". After being sealed away for over a thousand years, she has no memory of her past nor any access to her cursed techinques. She is still considered a unregister Special Grade despite poor cursed energy control.
Kimari's cursed techinque is known as the Cold Silence Techinque; which is a mix of freezing temperatures and defense. She can create barriers that completely nullify other cursed techinques as well as use ice as a weapon. However it seems her Domain Expansion can come at the cost of her life if she isn't precise.
